Les deux virus examin\u00e9s sont similaires au SRAS-CoV. En raison des grands d\u00e9fis de la recherche sur ce virus, des virus de \u00ab\u00a0remplacement\u00a0\u00bb ont \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis pour mieux comprendre la survie et la persistance des coronavirus. Cela permet d&#039;enqu\u00eater sur le risque potentiel de transmission et les pr\u00e9cautions contre les virus, tels que le SRAS-CoV.<\/p><p class=\"\">Cette recherche montre que les virus deviennent inactifs plus rapidement \u00e0 20\u00b0C qu&#039;\u00e0 4\u00b0C, mais surtout la recherche a montr\u00e9 que les virus ont une plus grande chance de survie \u00e0 faible humidit\u00e9 relative. Le virus infectieux d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur les surfaces en acier inoxydable a persist\u00e9 pendant au moins 3 jours \u00e0 la bonne humidit\u00e9 (50% RH, 20\u00b0C) et jusqu&#039;\u00e0 28 jours \u00e0 la mauvaise humidit\u00e9 (20%). En savoir plus sur les d\u00e9tails de l&#039;enqu\u00eate ci-dessous.<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>M\u00e9thode<\/strong><\/p><p>Des \u00e9chantillons d&#039;essai minces en acier inoxydable ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inocul\u00e9s avec un nombre connu de virus. Le fluide utilis\u00e9 correspond au fluide corporel humain (s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions humaines). Les \u00e9chantillons d&#039;essai ont \u00e9t\u00e9 scell\u00e9s dans des conteneurs. Apr\u00e8s cela, 9 environnements \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature et humidit\u00e9 contr\u00f4l\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s avec les temp\u00e9ratures de 4\u00b0C, 20\u00b0C et 40\u00b0C et les humidit\u00e9s de 20% RV, 50% RV et 80% RV.<\/p><p class=\"\">Le taux d&#039;inactivation virale aux diff\u00e9rentes conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 par des dosages de plages virales (nombre de virus induisant un effet cytopathique) au temps t (Nt), compar\u00e9 \u00e0 la concentration virale initiale (NO) exprim\u00e9e en log10. L&#039;\u00e9chantillonnage a eu lieu \u00e0 des intervalles diff\u00e9rents pour les diff\u00e9rentes conditions.<\/p><p class=\"\"><strong>Le r\u00e9sultat<\/strong><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"\">Le niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 d&#039;inactivation virale s&#039;est produit \u00e0 50% RV.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\"\">Le niveau le plus bas d&#039;inactivation virale s&#039;est produit \u00e0 20% RV.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\"\">L&#039;inactivation \u00e9tait plus rapide \u00e0 20\u00b0C qu&#039;\u00e0 4\u00b0C, \u00e0 tous les niveaux d&#039;humidit\u00e9.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\"\">Les deux virus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 inactiv\u00e9s plus rapidement \u00e0 40\u00b0C qu&#039;\u00e0 20\u00b0C.<\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\"\">La relation entre l&#039;inactivation et le RV n&#039;\u00e9tait pas monotone et il y avait une plus grande survie ou un plus grand effet protecteur \u00e0 faible RV (20%) et \u00e0 RV \u00e9lev\u00e9 (80%) qu&#039;\u00e0 moyen RV (50%).<\/li><\/ul><ul><li class=\"\">Le virus infectieux d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sur des surfaces en acier inoxydable a persist\u00e9 pendant au moins 3 jours \u00e0 50% RV (20\u00b0C) et jusqu&#039;\u00e0 28 jours \u00e0 20% RV (-2 log10).<\/li><\/ul><p>L&#039;\u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re que les coronavirus animaux \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9tude (TGEV et MHV) pourraient servir de substituts conservateurs pour mod\u00e9liser l&#039;exposition, le risque de transmission et les mesures de contr\u00f4le des virus pathog\u00e8nes humains, tels que le SRAS-CoV et d&#039;autres coronavirus.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Relatieve luchtvochtigheid en virussen De juiste relatieve luchtvochtigheid (RV 50%) zorgt ervoor dat de verspreiding van Corona aanzienlijk wordt beperkt en\u00a0ons immuunsysteem er beter tegen bestand is.
